(5) Randall: right well if you are all ready we can start. I don't plan to do much elaborate today.
(2) Shaorin: ok
(4) Lae'nial: Ok
(5) Randall: right well, you were just preparing to continue on from the camp the night before
(5) Randall: Has everyone emorised their spells and such
(2) Shaorin: yes
(5) Randall: memorised
(3) Rasorow: (prayed)
(2) Shaorin: (meditated)
(4) Lae'nial: Yep
(4) Lae'nial: I guess. If you want to let me, seeing as I didn't get 8 hours of rest.
(3) Rasorow: We slept in so you would get 8 hours
(4) Lae'nial: Ok, thanks.
(5) Randall: You all pack up the tents and stuff. The Paladin and his guards put the dead guard on a horse and saddle up. they lead you along the road
(5) Randall: Although the clouds have dispersed a bit, such that you can make out the sun directly above you, there is still a chill to the wind. the mountains around you have snow covering their peaks
(5) Randall: OC: just to point out. When I see someone "typing" I pause to wait for what theya re saying
(5) Randall: You all ride along. There isn't much talk between the 2 groups though.
(3) Rasorow: Where are we headed? I need to buy supplies.
** (3) Rasorow trying to start conversation **
(5) Randall: You go on for some hours. As you progress you emerge from between the trees and onto a plain. there are low hills on the horizon and you can just make out water beyond them
(5) Randall: Homus, the Paladin, has said he will take you to the nearest city, Magnos.
** (2) Shaorin enjoys the scenery **
(5) Randall: After travelling a long way with no sight of others people slowly people appear on the roadahead either travelling ahead of you or heading in the opposite direction. AS they pass they glance at the party but then turn and continue on their way. You approach and crest a hill and a wondrous sight faces you. Before you stands tall gates situated in the center of
** (3) Rasorow wonders if Magnos is a sea port **
(5) Randall: OC: damn, I prepared the text but am having dificulty pasting it.
(5) Randall: massive walls that snake around a giant city. Within the city you can see, from your vantage
(2) Shaorin: OOC: Are there any line breaks in it?
(5) Randall: point on the hill, a wide river snaking through the city to empty out into a wide bay with
(5) Randall: OC: don't know. Perhaps I should copy from Word instead of a text file
(2) Shaorin: OOC: I think copying from notepad preserves word wrap
(2) Shaorin: OOC: wordpad doesn't, though
(3) Rasorow: OC in my experience M$ Word only messes things up more - Wordpad is good though
(5) Randall: OC: there were gaps everywhere
(5) Randall: After travelling a long way with no sight of others people slowly people appear on the roadahead either travelling ahead of you or heading in the opposite direction. AS they pass they glance at the party but then turn and continue on their way. You approach and crest a hill and a wondrous sight faces you. Before you stands tall gates situated in the center of massive walls that snake around a giant city. Within the city you can see, from your vantage point on the hill, a wide river snaking through the city to empty out into a wide bay with many ships of various sizes setting sail or docked."Welcome to Magnos" Homus proclaims.
(3) Rasorow: Thank you Homus.
(5) Randall: The Paladin and his party lead you to the gate
(3) Rasorow: Is there a good place to get equipment, a recommened inn, and a place where I can get more information on this badge?
(4) Lae'nial: Thank you, Homus.
** (2) Shaorin gawks at the sights **
(5) Randall: all your requirements will eb handled at Homus church/headquarters
(5) Randall: Their are many people lined up to enter the city. When the guards see Homus approach though they clear a space for you. The people look up at the group as they are pushed aside but do what theya re told
(5) Randall: "Good to see you return dsafely, my lord" an apparent saergeant says
** (1) Sulimo Mandrallorn notes that he still has his cloak up to hide his elven features **
(3) Rasorow: OC Are the people looking hostile to us?
(5) Randall: "Thankyou sargeant. Me and my people have urgent business with the Archbishop"
(5) Randall: The people are just angry at having to give way to some ponce on a horse :)
(4) Lae'nial: OOC: Cloak up too.
(5) Randall: At mention of the party the Sargeant looks at you. He seems to wonder at your having your faces covered and looks more closely. He pauses but then returns to talking to tHomus
(5) Randall: [1d20] -> [13] = (13)
** (3) Rasorow begins to think it might be helpful to start cultivating a beard **
** (1) Sulimo Mandrallorn notes that the face isnt really covered, just a normal cloak wearing... elven faces arent really that distinctive... **
(5) Randall: OCL: who has sense
(3) Rasorow: OC Sense Movement?
(5) Randall: "Can we continue on?" Homus says to the sargeant
(2) Shaorin: OOC: Sense Motive?
(3) Rasorow: OC sorry Sense Motive?
(3) Rasorow: Sense Motive Skill Check: [1d20+4] -> [2,4] = (6)
(2) Shaorin: Sense Motive Skill Check: [1d20+2] -> [8,2] = (10)
(5) Randall: yes indeed, sense motive, sorry
(5) Randall: just you two?
(2) Shaorin: OOC: it's untrained
(1) Sulimo Mandrallorn: OOC: I assume it can be used untrained?
(1) Sulimo Mandrallorn: OOC Answers that question
(1) Sulimo Mandrallorn: Sense Motive Skill Check: [1d20+1] -> [3,1] = (4)
(5) Randall: if untrained just use Wis
(4) Lae'nial: Sense Motive Skill Check: [1d20+0] -> [19,0] = (19)
(2) Shaorin: OOC: the one person with no bonus just has to get the highest roll
(5) Randall: The Sargeant lets you pass "I'll send word to the CAhedral that you have returned my lord"
(5) Randall: OC: my fingers must be frozen to keep typing mistakes
(5) Randall: Himus replies" That won't be necessary, My party and I are headed directly there"
(5) Randall: Homus leads you through the gate
(5) Randall: everyone make a spot check
(3) Rasorow: Spot Skill Check: [1d20+7] -> [10,7] = (17)
(2) Shaorin: Spot Skill Check: [1d20+2] -> [20,2] = (22)
(5) Randall: and tell em what youa re doing first
(1) Sulimo Mandrallorn: Spot Skill Check: [1d20+7] -> [16,7] = (23)
(5) Randall: OC: maybe i'm dyslexic
(3) Rasorow: Following Homus
(4) Lae'nial: Spot Skill Check: [1d20+2] -> [18,2] = (20)
(1) Sulimo Mandrallorn: OOC: Following Homus through the gate??
(4) Lae'nial: OOC: Yep.
(3) Rasorow: OOC should someone be running Draknor BTW?
(2) Shaorin: OOC: and Grull
(5) Randall: Ok, you all notice as you ride off that the sargeant pulls aside a young guard and whispers something to him, all the time keeping an eye on your group. The young guard nods and then runs offs
(5) Randall: if you wish you can run draknor and grull.
(5) Randall: simply if you want to make use of their skills
** (3) Rasorow whispers to the others "keep your eyes open, a young puppy just took off to tell someone about us" **
** (2) Shaorin whispers back "I noticed" **
(3) Rasorow: OC I dont have an up to date Draknor
** (1) Sulimo Mandrallorn keeps on the lookout for petty, racist humans **
(3) Rasorow: OC and I think we need them if we get into a fight
(5) Randall: Homus leads you through the streets, the myriad inhabitants of the city giving way as you ride through them. Hardly anyone takes notice, most of them busy going about their daily work
(5) Randall: OC: did you just get draknor, Rasorow?
(3) Rasorow: OC yep
(5) Randall: who wants grull?
** (3) Rasorow Draknor mutters something under his breath an then takes a swig of ale from his flask **
(5) Randall: OC: deleted what I was writing
(5) Randall: AS you ride through the city you notice how homogenous it is. Not as diverse as the cities youa re used to. Their are no demihumans anywhere to be seen
(5) Randall: OC: yes I know the difference between their and there. Damn dyslexia
(3) Rasorow: Homus, Did you say we were going to report to the Arch-Bishop?
(5) Randall: Yes. He will best be able to help you....and me
(3) Rasorow: Does he rule this city ?
(1) Sulimo Mandrallorn: "I should certainly hope not..."
** (3) Rasorow aside to Sulimo different lands different customers, when in Afhelm, do as the Afhelmians do. **
(5) Randall: "No, he doesn't rule the city per se. He is my superior in this province and will best be able to help you I believe"
(3) Rasorow: Who rules the city or is in charge of the city?
(5) Randall: "Magnos is the capital of this province, Northia, so Baron Benez is ruler. But ultimately he answers to the Monarch"
(3) Rasorow: Thanks
** (2) Shaorin wonders if there are also Southia, Eastia, and Westia provinces **
(5) Randall: You continue to ride through the city until you approach an ornate cathedral.
(5) Randall: Its is not just a solitary cathedral but part of a conglomeration of buildings with the cCathedral in the center. Homus heads towards a stable.
(5) Randall: A stable boy comes out and Homus hands the reigns of his horse to him.
(5) Randall: "Unpack your gear and follow me " he says" I will organise accomodation and then we can go talk to the ArchBishop"
(5) Randall: OC: Homus that is, not the stableboy
** (4) Lae'nial unpacks his gear and follows Homus **
(5) Randall: OC: short break
** (2) Shaorin dismounts and lets the stableboy take the horse **
(4) Lae'nial: * This doesn't work to well, as Homus hasn't moved yet.
(2) Shaorin: I'm ready
** (3) Rasorow unpacks his grear, but retains his personal weapons and makes ready to follow Homus with both Holy Symbols promiently displayed **
(5) Randall: Homus leads you out of a side door and into the complex proper. You are lead through marble corridors until you reach an apartment complex. A servant emerges. "Prepare..." Homus orders glancing at the party ""...6 rooms for my guests"
(5) Randall: "As you order My Lord"
(5) Randall: The head sevant goes inside for awhile, and emerges a few minutes later. He adresses the party "This way my lords"
** (2) Shaorin decides not to protest that he's not a lord **
(5) Randall: he leads you to some prepared rooms. They are simple yet of good quality.
** (2) Shaorin it never works, anyway **
** (4) Lae'nial is afraid he'll get thrown out if he mentions he's a commoner... **
** (4) Lae'nial eats the rooms. **
(4) Lae'nial: * Whoops, wrong character. :D
(5) Randall: there is a room for each party member
** (2) Shaorin stares at Lai'nial's humongous mouth **
(5) Randall: 3 rooms on each side of a corridor
(5) Randall: Homus waits in the hall as you settle your baggage
(4) Lae'nial: * I grab a room in the middle
** (2) Shaorin waits with him **
(4) Lae'nial: * That way, if they murder us in the night, I'll hopefully hear you screaming. :D
** (3) Rasorow takes whatever room and settles baggage, then rejoins Homus retaining his personal weapons and promiently displaying his Holy Symbols **
(5) Randall: Lae'nial, which side of the hall, left or right, and what rooms do others want
(4) Lae'nial: Whichever room has a window.
** (2) Shaorin has no preference **
(1) Sulimo Mandrallorn: OOC: Does it really matter? Or are you setting up some nefarious plot? ;)
(3) Rasorow: OC plot I am sure
** (1) Sulimo Mandrallorn has no preference for room... **
(3) Rasorow: OC I will take the one opposit but nearest to the stairs
(5) Randall: Once you have picked you rooms and stored you non-essentials you rejoin Homus in the hallway.
(5) Randall: As Homus leads you further you notice the decorations become more ornate. More Guards are present, keeping watch and standing at attention.
(4) Lae'nial: * Is that either or both?
(5) Randall: OC: please elaborate
(4) Lae'nial: * Well, are all the guards alert or are some decorative?
(4) Lae'nial: * If we have to break out of here, it could be important.
(5) Randall: The guards are standing at their posts but are very much alert. They wear ornate armour but there is nothing decorative about the Spears they hold. Very pointy, and their shields are nice and strong. They also wear swords
** (4) Lae'nial hopes Sulimo doesn't get itchy fingers **
** (3) Rasorow suggests stealling from Lae'nial **
(5) Randall: You reach a heavy wooden door. It is about 8 feet tall, and bound by steel reinforcement
(5) Randall: Homus turns to you. "You are about to meet the Archbishop. He is understanding but I ask you to be cooperative"
(4) Lae'nial: * I nod.
** (3) Rasorow laughs as Sulimo picks up Lae'nial without his knowing and tip toes off **
(5) Randall: Homus plants a hand on the door and pushes, the door swings slowly open
(5) Randall: You enter a splendid cathedral. The roof arches overhead and there are many columns supporting it. Their is an altar at the far end and many pews to accomodate the congegation. However it is mostly empty at the moment. Their are a few servers moving about.
(5) Randall: Homus kneels at the aisle and makes a gesture. He then strides forth towards a server
** (3) Rasorow continues to follow Homus respectfully but does not genuflect **
(5) Randall: "Get the Archbishop" Homus orders the server.
(5) Randall: "His Grace is busy, lord Homus" declares the server
(5) Randall: "He may be busy, but it is important I see him"
(5) Randall: The server gestures over a junior server and tells him to get the Archbishop
** (3) Rasorow wonders at Homus's rank withing the church **
(5) Randall: You mingle about the cathedral for a few minutes. You can't help but notice around the
(2) Shaorin: OOC: notepad stinks. use wordpad
(5) Randall: Cathedral are many scenes, scuplted and painted, of humans being defeated by elves, then humans appearing to be working for elves, then the humans rising up.
(5) Randall: OC: actually I was typing it but I slipped and hit enter
(4) Lae'nial: Spot Skill Check: [1d20+2] -> [6,2] = (8)
(1) Sulimo Mandrallorn: Spot Skill Check: [1d20+7] -> [6,7] = (13)
(3) Rasorow: Spot Skill Check: [1d20+7] -> [17,7] = (24)
(2) Shaorin: OOC: what are we trying to spot?
** (3) Rasorow softly to Lae'nial and Sulimo **
(3) Rasorow: hey check this writing out.... is it elven?
** (3) Rasorow points to the writing on the column **
** (3) Rasorow draknor mutters something about how elves could never build anything right, then down another few swallows of ale **
(2) Shaorin: OOC: do the paintings all show one common leader for the humans?
(5) Randall: Thei is a commotion behind you
** (4) Lae'nial looks at the commotion. **
(5) Randall: OC: in fact they do. A human figure does stand above th emasses
** (1) Sulimo Mandrallorn whispers to Rasorow, "The message translates to: In the 3rd age since the loss of Karelas, this palace raised to the glory of his name, may he return to us." **
(5) Randall: The Archbishop and his cortage....corsage.....hangers on has arrived
** (3) Rasorow looks at archbishop and observes him **
(5) Randall: The Archbishop speaks up "Well Homus what is that you deem so urgent?"
(5) Randall: "Forgive me your grace" Homus says kneeling " during my recent task a strange occurence I thought required your attention arose"
(5) Randall: " Really, and what is this...occurence"
(5) Randall: Homus stands and turns to the party. Adressing the elves he says "Can you please remove your hoods"
** (3) Rasorow complies **
** (4) Lae'nial complies **
(5) Randall: OC: and sulimo
** (2) Shaorin is tempted to lower Sulimo's hood with far hand **
** (1) Sulimo Mandrallorn is tempted to smite Shaorin **
** (1) Sulimo Mandrallorn lowers hood **
** (2) Shaorin wonders how a rogue got the ability to smite **
(5) Randall: The entourage reacts in shock to the elves presence. The Archbishop seems not to react but says "Elves?. I admit it is strange they could have gotten here without being found but it is hardly strange, I would think you would inform the guards"
(5) Randall: "But your grace, they claim not to know anything of the Elven realm or of the kingdom"
(3) Rasorow: OC btw Draknor is still with us but since this is mainly RP I am not bringing him forth and just letting the Chars handle things for now
(5) Randall: "They claim to be from a kingdom called Oerth"
(3) Rasorow: If I may my Lord Homus....
(3) Rasorow: We were fighting an evil Minotaur who had turned to the worship of dark powers on our world of Oerth.
(3) Rasorow: Upon Killing him a statue of his diety came to life and we believe transported us here
(4) Lae'nial: Where we saved Homus's life...
(5) Randall: "Most minotaurs, as far as I know are evil, however what is this talk of a world oerth. There is only one world, this one."
(5) Randall: Archbishop "is this tru Homus, these elves saved your life"
(5) Randall: Homus "Indeed it is so your grace. It was not until we had escaped the enemy that I was able to notice the identity of my helpers"
(5) Randall: AB "Perplexing to say the least"
(3) Rasorow: Where we are from my lord, elves and humans work together in most things. This kingdom is strange to us because of the lack of other races and what Homus recounted to us.
(5) Randall: AB "Elves and humans working together. Most intrigueing. If only such a paradise existed in our world. However I hope you may realise the difficulties your presence may create"
(4) Lae'nial: Somewhat.
(3) Rasorow: Beginning to my lord.
(5) Randall: AB "tell me" he says, adressing the leves "have you looked around the Cathedral"
(5) Randall: OC: damn elves
(5) Randall: OC: damn. Damn, elves (not leves).
(4) Lae'nial: Yes. It is...Disturbing.
(3) Rasorow: I notice your grace that this appears to have been elven at one time
(5) Randall: The AB turns to LAe'Nial "you find it disturbing. How so?"
(4) Lae'nial: Well, I grew up among humans.
(5) Randall: he then turns to Rasorow " you noticed" he then takes an interested look at Rasorows ears" indeed this Cathedral was once a palace of the ELves, which you amy not know yet, once lorded over us. When they were defated many ancient structures of theirs were converted by humans"
(4) Lae'nial: * Lae'nial is still somewhat in shock. Very niave, tended to classify races as good and bad. Humans, elves, dwarves, etc good, orcs, minataurs, etc bad.
(3) Rasorow: So who then was Karelas? An elven god or Elven warlord?
(5) Randall: AS turns back to Lae'nial "you gew up among humans. Tell me" he inquires "how you felt knowing humans that grew faster than you leaving you as a child while they grew as adults"
(3) Rasorow: OC Sulimo translated for me
(5) Randall: AS= AB
(4) Lae'nial: It was...strange and wonderous and disturbing.
** (4) Lae'nial notices that Ras didn't go to the Sulimo School Of Information Distribution. :D **
(5) Randall: the AB considers Rasorows words "you are not aware of who Karelas was. Is this true for all of you?"
(4) Lae'nial: Yes.
(2) Shaorin: yes
** (3) Rasorow Ras missed class that day **
(5) Randall: AB " well let me inform you then. Karelas is the elves creator, their god. Or at least he was"
(3) Rasorow: Was?
(4) Lae'nial: Was?
(5) Randall: AB " indeed. He died before mankinds history began"
(2) Shaorin: how does a god die?
(3) Rasorow: Died? Is there any information on what exactly happened?
(5) Randall: OC: oops forgot my notes, just a sec
(4) Lae'nial: Died??
** (3) Rasorow Notes that David Eddings Godslayer only slew one God - and that was a God of Humans..... **
(5) Randall: AB "hmm, well in his case on the end of an axe"
** (4) Lae'nial stares googley-eyed **
(2) Shaorin: what axe could possibly slay a god?
(4) Lae'nial: I...I think I'd rather not know...
(3) Rasorow: Did he meet his end at the hands of another God?
(5) Randall: AB " Even an elf I believe would find it hard to discuss this topic while hiding their intent. Your shock would seem to vindicate your story"
(3) Rasorow: What would an elf have to hide about discussing their creator?
(5) Randall: AB " to be more elaborate. Karelas was killed by, while at the same time himself killing, Garthus, the god of some race that used to exist called Orcs"
(3) Rasorow: Used to exist?
(3) Rasorow: Orcs dont exist here?
** (2) Shaorin waits for someone to point out that Grull is half-orc **
** (4) Lae'nial hopes no-one points out that Grull is a half-orc. **
(5) Randall: AB " well some say they still exist. I personally ahvn't met any. The Elves ahve fallen much since the death of their god, yet not as far as the orcs"
** (3) Rasorow reminds Shaorin Grull is not of this world **
(5) Randall: During this time the AB has been leading you along the Cathedral as he talks. His entourage and Homus stay behind you
(3) Rasorow: So this writing on the columns... elves come here or try to come here to ressurrect their God? Is that why you said Homus should have turned us over to the guards?
(5) Randall: AB "you ask what an elf would have to hide. I merely mean no Elf could express the shock you seem to have at the news of your gods death. They ahve known for thousands of years, at least I assume so. It happened before human history"
(3) Rasorow: Ahh well, lets just say I am in the service of another
(5) Randall: AB "AS far as I know there is no way the Elves could ever resurrect their god. It is not the CAthedral exactly that they come to. Rather the ELves feel somewhat bitter about what happened when they were overthrown, as indeed many humans are, they sometimes try to infiltarte the kingdom to cause trouble"
(4) Lae'nial: That's...Irrational.
(4) Lae'nial: They attacked, you defended. Why should they be bitter?
(3) Rasorow: hmmm. I have some religous questions for you but I believe my companions might have some more questions abouth this
(5) Randall: AB "bitterness and hate are rarely reational"
** (3) Rasorow agrees **
(5) Randall: AB " but in this case their king is somewhat vengeful against us considering that Rad slew his father"
(5) Randall: As you stand talking to the Bishop a large bearded man in plate armour pushes his way in past the guards. "Artemsis!. What is this I hear about elves" he roars. He notices the party and stops to peer at you. "Elves!. Are you mad allowing the enemy into our sanctum" he shouts as he pulls forth an ornate sword. The elves in the party feel a powerful force emanating from it sending chills through them.
** (2) Shaorin prepares to grease the sword if he attacks **
** (1) Sulimo Mandrallorn awaits response of AB **
** (4) Lae'nial prepares to caste haste on the party. **
(3) Rasorow: Your grace, I suggest you control you man. I am a priest in the pantheon of good. I hate to dispoil this temple but I will defend myself and my companions.
(5) Randall: Archbishop Artemsis "Hold your weapon Colum. Forget you that this is a holy church" youa re all taken by his change from helpful to strict.
(5) Randall: Colum "I will not let the enemy take advantage of us to protect themselves. Why do you consort with them?"
(5) Randall: Homus steps forth "Inquisitor. I have come to know these elves. Theya re not our enemy. Their actiosn so far have shown me that"
(5) Randall: "You are a fool Artemsis and you to Homus, do you not see that elves stand before you. Elves!. Has not our god commanded us for 300 years to beware the machinations of the elven people who held dominion over us, and now you allow a party of them to walk feely into the capital" the Cleric says to the bishop pointing accusingly at you "You have clearly lost your mind"
(5) Randall: AB " It is iexpected of Rad to oppose Elves. Huhm however does not so vigorously pursue such a course"
(5) Randall: at the mention of Huhm and Rad all humans present (except of couse the party) make a sign. The inquisitors differed from the Huhm followers
** (3) Rasorow brings out his holy symbols **
(5) Randall: Homus addresses the Cleric "These are not the elves we know. these elves helped me defeat the lich lords servant, and saved my life"
(5) Randall: The cleric turns to Homus "You are a fool too, they clearly have their own agenda. When has an elf ever acted but in their own interests. Saving your life is merely a trick of theirs to convince a fool like you that they can be trusted. To think that a human would forget the past and trust elves"
(5) Randall: sorry cleric=inquis
(4) Lae'nial: OOC: Sorry. Bathroom break.
(5) Randall: the inquisitor takes note of Rasorows symbols, and indeed rasorow himself "Think not your devotion to the Stag will save you Elf!"
(3) Rasorow: Cleric, I do not know what god you follow but that Homus speaks well of you tells me that you follow the pantheon of good. If this is so you may cast the spell for detection on me to see if I do not follow the panteon of good as well
(3) Rasorow: Beware Cleric I follow the forest goddess on the world of Oerth. I do not come from this land.
(2) Shaorin: You are clerics. Can you not use your powers to determine whether they speak truth?
(5) Randall: OC: I am starting to be concerned about you Sulimo, are you there or has your openrpg troube stopped you
(3) Rasorow: OC dont have that spell memorized but offered to let him cast it on me
(1) Sulimo Mandrallorn: OOC: Smart-mothing to a bunch of well armed clerics and paladins wouldnt be very beneficial...
(3) Rasorow: OC I accept Homus's word
(5) Randall: Homus speaks "I must apologise, but I have already used my granted powers to detect ill will from them. Although I detected something disconcerting I did not get the feeling they wished us ill"
(3) Rasorow: Yet if it will ease this cleric's mind he may cast his own detect spell on me
(4) Lae'nial: Or me
(4) Lae'nial: OOC: But please, NOT Sulimo...:D
(5) Randall: Colum holds forth his symbol. A sword within a wheel it hangs on achain from his neck. He murmurs and it shines slightly he inspects each party member in turn .
(3) Rasorow: OC Gotta teach Sulimo how the hide his nature
(4) Lae'nial: OOC: Hope he's CN...Hope he's CN...Hope he's CN...Hope he's CN...Hope he's CN :D
(1) Sulimo Mandrallorn: OOC impossible to hide your alignment from a detect alignment spell, other than with an anti-magic field or somethign similar...
(3) Rasorow: OC exactly... a portable anti-magic field just for you
(5) Randall: colum looks particularly ar Sulimo but passes on. "it means nothing. It is not unknown for elves to use their magic to hide their intent."
(5) Randall: OC: I ahve considered this happeneing and must clarify something. Whatever sulimo claims his Alignment is, as DM i have yet to see any actions that may cause trouble
(1) Sulimo Mandrallorn: OOC: Sulimo does what Sulimo does.
(4) Lae'nial: How about a set of true-false tests? surely no magic could anticipate that.
(3) Rasorow: Do you doubt what your God has revealed to you?
(3) Rasorow: Do you not have faith that your God can see past any false magic?
(5) Randall: AB " Colum you may be an Inquisitor, but I am still an archbishop and I command you not to take action against them"
(5) Randall: "We stand within Huhms church, I doubt the elves magic would cloak them"
(5) Randall: AB again
(5) Randall: Lets tie things up here
